Return of the goods

Exchange and return of goods purchased by consumers on the website shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania "Consumer's rights in case of defective goods", and the exchange and return of goods purchased in the physical store shall be carried out in accordance with Article 6.364 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania "Consumer's rights in case of defective products" of 22 July 2014. Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 738 "On the amendment of the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania No. 697 of 11 June 2001 "On the approval of the rules for the return and exchange of items".

If you don't like the goods you have received, you have the right to reject them within 14 days of the date of delivery and get your money back. You do not need to give reasons for cancellation. You can return the goods in the following ways:

By taking it to the Mulltisistema, UAB store;
By courier.

All costs associated with the return of the goods are paid by the buyer.

Items are exchanged and returned at the written request of the buyer, specifying the detailed order information: order number, date, item, price, delivery date.

When returning an item, you must include with your request the documents proving the purchase of the item from our shop and the document confirming the warranty of the item, if any. Proof of purchase may include a cash register receipt, a sales receipt, a VAT invoice, an invoice, a payment card statement, a payment card reader receipt, etc.

If you have not retained the document of sale of the goods, the goods may only be exchanged or any other requirements set out in your request may only be fulfilled with the agreement of the seller.

The returned item must be fully complete and must be returned in the packaging in which it was delivered. The packaging must be intact, clean, properly prepared and packed. The returned item must be unused, undamaged, in good condition, preserving its usable qualities, and in full working order, with all the documentation supplied by the manufacturer.

We may refuse to accept the return of an item if there have been alterations to the appearance of the item or the packaging that were not necessary to inspect the item, including damaged labels, torn protective films and damage to transparent packaging that would not prevent the exercise of the right of inspection of the item.

If the damage to the packaging of the goods means that the goods cannot be subsequently disposed of at the same price, without prejudice to the rights of another purchaser of the goods to purchase new and unused goods, such goods may only be returned by mutual agreement between us (for example, if you agree to compensate for the difference in the depreciation of the goods).

All direct costs associated with the return of the goods shall be borne by the buyer. "Direct costs" do not include any administrative, handling or warehousing costs that the buyer would have to pay.

The Seller shall, after accepting and assessing the Buyer's return, refund the Buyer's payment within 14 days at the latest.
